Roll call works without a network
The teacher marks students present even when the connection is down. The entry stays on the device and uploads by itself as soon as the network returns — nothing is lost, nothing needs re-entering.

The product was born in Mali, for schools where the connection drops and the power is not always there: the app is light, it stays on the device, and it runs on a modest phone. It exists in French, English and Arabic, with Arabic reading properly right to left.

- Classs that are slipping are flagged to you, while there is still time to act.

- Roll call happens in class, on the phone, even without a network — it is the most frequent gesture, the one that had to work everywhere.
- Grades are entered once ; averages, report cards and transcripts follow from them.

Start-of-year meeting
The start-of-year meeting will be held on Saturday at 9 a.m. in the yard. One guardian per student is expected.
An announcement enters no discussion thread: nobody replies to it. To exchange with a family, you go through messaging.
Structure
Whatever your cycles are
From preschool to doctorate, through the fondamental cycle, the DEF and the BAC: your classes carry their level — and those that do not follow this structure carry one you write yourself.
Pre-school
You name your classes as you already name them — “Petite section”, “Grande section B”.
Fundamental — 1st cycle
You name your classes as you already name them — “3ème A”, “Coranique B”.
Fundamental — 2nd cycle (DEF)
You name your classes as you already name them — “7ème A”, “9ème B”.
Secondary — Lycée (BAC)
You name your classes as you already name them — “Terminale L”, “11ème SE”.
Higher education
You name your classes as you already name them — “Licence 2 Droit”, “Master Info”.
Other — free text
Quranic schools do not follow this structure, nor do vocational schools. You write the name of the level, and it appears exactly as written.
Those classes are then targeted one by one rather than by level.
A level is not a label: it sorts the class grid, it targets announcements and events — a whole year group told at once — and it carries the fees when the accounting module is switched on.
Optional module
School accounting, if you want it
It is switched on school by school, on request. Schools that do not want it never see it: nothing changes for them.
- Your fees, your rates. Tuition, enrolment, canteen: you name each fee and set its amount per level, with an exception per class where one is needed.
- One account per family. A parent pays once for both children; the balance is read on the family, and the payment allocates itself.
- Taking a payment in five steps. Find the family by the payer’s or a student’s name, read the balance, enter the amount, pick the method and the desk, print.
- A numbered receipt, with no gaps. Numbering is guaranteed by the database, and a receipt is never edited — a correction goes through a credit note, numbered as well.
What is not there yet: no reminders, no tracking of unpaid balances. It is not built, and we would rather say so than let you find out.

You request access
A short form: the school’s name, the town, your name, your phone number and your e-mail address — that is where your credentials will arrive.
You receive your credentials
A username and a temporary password, sent by e-mail. You change the password on first sign-in.
You create your classes
Your classes, your teachers, your students. The application shows what remains to be done until everything is in place.
